Allan B. Rabineau, Of Counsel
Allan Rabineau has been practicing law for 52 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1963 and subsequently attended law school at the University of Maryland School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1967. From 1965 to 1967 he was a Law Clerk for The Honorable Shirley B. Jones in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1967 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1987. He is licensed to practice law in all Maryland Courts and the Federal Courts in Maryland. He is also licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rabineau is also admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Rabineau has practiced in many areas of law during his legal career. Mr. Rabineau has obtained numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Currently, Mr. Rabineau concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, police brutality and worker’s compensation. He has obtained numerous published appellate decisions in both Maryland appellate courts and The United Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and has been involved in many high profile cases.
